THE GEAR

We stock a carefully curated range of Airush kites in multiple sizes to match Langebaan's conditions — from light wind cruisers to high-performance freeride kites. All bars, lines and safety systems are inspected before every session.
Our Mystic accessories — harnesses, impact vests and wetsuits — are maintained to a high standard and sized to fit a wide range of riders. You ride in quality gear, every time.
BEFORE YOU RENT
Who Can Rent?
To keep everyone safe on the water, equipment rentals are available to competent, independent kitesurfers only. You must be able to demonstrate the following before taking out any gear.
IKO Certification
A valid IKO Level 3 certificate or equivalent recognised qualification is required.
Upwind Riding
You must be able to ride consistently upwind and hold your position on the water without assistance.
Self-Rescue
Competent self-rescue technique is mandatory. You must be able to safely manage a downed kite in open water.
Board Retrieval
Confident body dragging and board retrieval skills are essential before any rental is confirmed.
Launch & Landing
You must be fully proficient in assisted and unassisted kite launching and landing procedures.
Conditions Awareness
Renters are expected to assess wind and water conditions independently and make responsible decisions before riding.

How to Book

Choose Your Package
Select the rental package and duration that suits your session — Full Kit, Kite & Bar, or Board Only. Add any Mystic accessories you need.

Get in Touch
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your preferred dates, package and any questions. We will confirm availability and hold your booking.

Gear Up & Ride
Arrive at the agreed time, complete a quick gear check with our team and head out onto Langebaan Lagoon. Simple as that.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Rental Terms
Damage & Liability
Renters are fully responsible for any damage to equipment during the rental period. We strongly recommend personal kitesurfing insurance for all sessions.
Wind & Conditions
Rentals are subject to suitable wind and water conditions. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a rental session if conditions are unsafe. No charge applies for weather cancellations.
Cancellations
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may forfeit any advance payment made.
Age & Responsibility
Renters must be 18 years or older. Rental equipment must remain within the designated riding area at Langebaan Lagoon and may not be removed from site.
