How ordering works (about 2 weeks)

  1. Enquire

    Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form. Tell us the model you're interested in, plus your weight, level and where you ride.

  2. Confirm

    We check availability with Airush and confirm the model, size, price and expected timing with you before anything is ordered.

  3. Import

    We order your gear directly from Airush. It usually takes about two weeks to reach us.

  4. Collect or deliver

    Collect your gear at our school in Langebaan, or ask us about delivery when you order.

Airush Importer and Service Centre

Constantly Kiting imports Airush gear and runs an Airush service centre in Langebaan, South Africa.

That means every kite, board and control system we sell has come through Airush directly — not through a grey-market reseller — and is backed by genuine manufacturer warranty, honoured locally rather than through an overseas dealer.

It also means our workshop is equipped and trained to service, repair and maintain Airush equipment to the brand's own specification, using genuine parts sourced directly from the factory.

Whether you're buying your first setup, upgrading to Team Series equipment, or simply need a bladder replaced before the season starts, you're dealing directly with the people Airush trusts in this country — not a third party.

Warranty Claims & Repairs

As your Airush importer and service centre, we handle Airush warranty claims locally — no shipping equipment overseas and waiting weeks for an answer.

If a fault is covered under warranty, we assess it, deal directly with Airush on your behalf, and get it resolved as quickly as the process allows.

Servicing & Maintenance

Bladder replacements, valve repairs, canopy and seam repairs, bar re-lining and full control system overhauls — all carried out to Airush's own specification.

We also offer pre-season safety checks, so your equipment is inspected and ready before the wind picks up, not after something fails on the water.

Genuine Spare Parts

Bladders, pumps, lines, pigtails, depower ropes, chicken loops and more — all genuine Airush parts, imported directly rather than sourced from third-party suppliers.

How long does an Airush order take?

Usually about two weeks. We confirm the expected timing for your item before we place the order.

Prices depend on the model, size and colour you choose, so we confirm an up-to-date price with you before you order. Ask us on WhatsApp for a quote.

How do Airush warranty claims work?

Airush products carry Airush's limited manufacturer warranty. Bring your clean, dry product and proof of purchase to us; we assess it and handle the claim with Airush for you. Airush makes the final warranty decision.

Can you service or repair my Airush gear?

Yes. We do bladder and valve replacements, canopy and seam repairs, bar re-lining and control system overhauls, plus pre-season checks. Message us to book your gear in.

Can you help me choose the right size?

Yes. Tell us your weight, level, where you usually ride and the wind you ride in, and our instructors will recommend a model and size.

Where can I collect my order?

You can collect your order at our school in Langebaan. If you need delivery, ask us when you order.
